At Casa Augusta, we invite you to enjoy an authentic experience dedicated to the flavours of Tuscany and the products of our small, family-run organic farm.

Your experience begins with a visit to our cellar, where we will introduce you to the way we produce our wines and organic extra virgin olive oil. We will guide you through the journey from hand-harvested grapes to winemaking and ageing, sharing an approach that follows the natural rhythms of the land and reflects the care we put into every stage of production.

After the cellar visit, we will move to our panoramic terrace for the tasting. We will begin with our organic, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, followed by a selection of our wines: Rosé, pure Vermentino, our red wine from the old vineyard, and pure Sangiovese.

​

The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local products, including prosciutto, cheeses and homemade bruschetta, together with fresh vegetables from our garden when in season.

​

A relaxed and convivial experience, created not only to taste our wines and products, but also to discover the story behind them, our connection with the Tuscan countryside and the everyday work that goes into every bottle.
